Comments
Not seen since collected by M.L. Fernald in 1939. Both habitats where this species was collected by Fernald in the 1930's have been since destroyed, and the species may be extirpated from Virginia.
Habitat
Formerly in bogs and sphagnous savannas. Rare and presumably extirpated, s. Coastal Plain; known historically from two sites in Greensville County and the City of Suffolk.
