A waif known in Virginia only from Newport News City, where it was collected twice 30 years apart.
Habitat
Originally reported by Reed from ore piles in Newport News, Phytologia 10 (1964); in 1994, it was found by Patrick Baldwin in cultivated soil at Fort Eustis, where likely introduced in mulch.
