Collected in Chesterfield, Fauquier, Henrico, and Stafford counties. A European weed of cultivated fields and roadsides that is widely naturalized in n. North America, in areas mostly north of Virginia. It is considered invasive in some areas.
Habitat
Roadsides, weedy fields, waste areas. Rare, known from four Piedmont collections.
