- First apearing as an adventive in garden plot at Concord, Va., 1999. Subsequent distant records suggest we have a rapidly spreading new weed.
- Habitat
- Gardens, fields, waste ground, and other open, weedy habitats. Rare throughout, but apparently spreading rapidly.
