- Not seen since 1940's, presumed extirpated and/or extinct. Collected by Fernald & Long at several sites on Chickahominy River in Charles City and New Kent counties.
- Habitat
- Sandy, gravelly, or muddy, freshwater intertidal shores. Possibly extinct; historically collected along freshwater intertidal sections of the Potomac and Chickahominy rivers in the n. Coastal Plain (and in similar habitats n. to New York).
